You slept 8 hours. Your ring says 61. And you feel like it.
You have the data, but not the answer.
We’ll look at what your ring has been recording and how you actually live, then show you what to change first.
SLEEP SCORE
One of these on its own may not matter much. A few together can.
So most people change five things at once, keep waking up tired, and never find out what actually worked.
30 days of sleep and recovery data, alongside your routine, training, caffeine, alcohol and stress.
We talk you through what we found, without all the science or jargon. No giant report that just adds more noise.
Three changes to make, and which one to start with.
We look at what’s changed and whether your scores are heading the right way. Not moving yet? We’ll adjust your plan at no extra cost.
If we can’t find at least one thing in your data worth changing, you get your money back in full. You’ll know on the call, and you can ask for a refund any time up to the end of it.
We can’t promise how your body responds. That depends on the changes you make and things outside our control, which is what the two-week check-in is for.

Together we run Taylored Health and co-founded OSleeve. We personally review every person’s data.
Ōura and WHOOP. Using something else? Email us at hello@osleeve.com before booking and we’ll let you know if we can work with it.
It depends on your device. Both involve asking for a copy of your data, which can take a little while to arrive, so request it as soon as you book.
Ōura: Log in to the Membership Hub, select Export data, then Request your data. Ōura can take up to 10 days to prepare it and will email you when it’s ready.
WHOOP: Request your export by following WHOOP’s guide. It usually arrives within 24 hours.
Once you have the file, upload it through the form in your confirmation email.
Within 7 days of receiving your data.
Because Ōura exports can take up to 10 days to arrive, Ōura users should allow two to three weeks from booking to call.
WHOOP users can usually have their call within a week or so.
We use it only for your review, store it securely, and delete it within 90 days unless you ask us to keep it. We never share or sell it.
No. This is a sleep and recovery data review to help you understand patterns in your data. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment.
It’s for people who wear an Ōura or WHOOP, have at least 30 days of data, and feel tired despite getting enough time in bed.
Please speak with your GP first if you snore loudly, someone has noticed you stop breathing while asleep, or you regularly fall asleep during the day. Those symptoms need proper medical assessment, not a data review.
Because we personally review every set of data. We only take on the number of reviews the two of us can read properly in a month.
Sleep responds to lots of things, and some changes take longer than two weeks to show. If your scores haven’t moved by the check-in, we’ll look at why and adjust your plan at no extra cost.
Refunds apply if we can’t find anything worth changing in your data, and you can ask for one any time up to the end of your call.
The Sleep Score Review is a tool for reflection and performance guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
